Ardalan Plaza is a three-story, mixed-use development replacing existing single-family homes on the south side of Main Street between 3rd Avenue SW and 4th Avenue SW in downtown Carmel. The project includes five for-sale condominiums above street-level retail, seamlessly blending residential and commercial uses to enhance the vibrancy of the area. As a visual cornerstone of Carmel’s Arts & Design District, Ardalan Plaza will strengthen the Main Street gateway with a bold and thoughtful architectural presence. The development is a collaboration between the Ardalan family and the Carmel Redevelopment Commission.
