Grand on Main is a transformative mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Westfield, Indiana, bringing luxury residential living, high-end retail, and modern amenities while strengthening connections to Grand Junction Plaza and the surrounding cultural district. The project includes 216 upscale multifamily residences comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, integrated with approximately 15,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail, and a structured parking garage serving both residents and the downtown core. Multiple elevated amenity spaces are distributed throughout the project, including three rooftop plazas, work-from-home suites, a golf simulator, cold plunge and sauna facilities, and a resort-style pool. Public art installations and landscaped outdoor spaces further reinforce the project’s relationship to the adjacent plaza and contribute to a cohesive, walkable urban environment.
