Icon on Main is a five-story mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Old Meridian and Main Street in Carmel. The project delivers 266 apartment residences, 22 condominiums, and activated ground-floor retail within a structured urban framework. The massing is organized around internal courtyards and a central public plaza that establishes the primary pedestrian spine through the site. Key outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, performance stage, integrated video wall, fountain feature, and informal gaming areas—extending activity into the public realm and reinforcing the intersection as an active neighborhood node.
