Located at the corner of Fourth Street and Monon Avenue, Merchants Headquarters 2 is a five-story addition to the existing Merchants Bank Corporate Center, designed to support the organization’s continued growth and evolving workplace needs. The expansion is directly connected to the original headquarters by a pedestrian skybridge, strengthening connectivity across the campus. The building accommodates a range of program elements including a first-floor parking garage, fitness center, conference facilities, private and open office environments, social lounges, and a rooftop deck. Designed to enhance collaboration, flexibility, and employee experience, the addition reinforces Merchants’ long-term investment in its corporate campus.
