Located within Carmel’s North End neighborhood, Phase 2 expands the community with seven townhome-style apartment buildings totaling 72 units, each thoughtfully configured with a single-level residence on the ground floor and a second residence spanning the upper two levels. This vertically stacked arrangement blends the character and scale of traditional townhomes with the efficiency of multifamily design, creating a neighborhood-scaled residential experience that complements the broader North End vision.
