River House sits along the Central Canal and Indianapolis’ Monon Trail within Broad Ripple Village. The new construction development consists of 86 units in 4 stories of residential construction over a 2 story, 81 car, parking garage. River House boasts the largest roof deck in the Broad Ripple area and takes advantage of its adjacency to the White River with scenic views. Studio M was proud to be the lead architect on the project along with designing the office space on the first floor for our second office location where we reside currently today.
