The Signature at Carmel, a five-story development on the northeast corner of Old Meridian and Main Street, is a mixed-use development featuring luxury apartments, condos, first floor retail, and a vast range of amenities. The urban-designed community features multiple outdoor courtyard areas activated by fire pits, a resort-style pool, dog park, and community garden accessible to the public. Throughout the complex are reservable office space, a private event center, fitness space, golf simulators and a pickleball court on top of the parking garage.
